Steve Lowe, Originating Branch Manager for Frost Mortgage, has been in the lending and finance business for most of his adult life and he loves it. His passion is clearly evidenced by the success of his branch—a top producer in the Albuquerque Area with phenomenal closing ratios. He, along with his colleague Ammar, built the branch from the ground up. In collaborating with The Maez Group, they’ve created a reputation for excellent customer service and friendly professionalism. Steve believes in a model that is “more service than sales,” providing consumers with everything they need to apply for a mortgage without pressure. Unlike traditional banks, Frost Mortgage tries to reduce stress for their people. Steve and his team provide advice on credit repair, waiting to pull credit reports and require documentation, educating their clients along the way, and communicating with total transparency.
