3. Consent to Provide Personal Information
   a. By submitting this form, the Entrant confirms that they have the Referral's explicit consent to share their name and contact details with The Maez Group for the purpose of participating in this giveaway and potential follow-up marketing communications.
   b. Entrants may not refer individuals without their prior consent. Providing a Referral without their permission is a violation of these terms and may result in disqualification from the giveaway.
   c. The Entrant agrees that both their information and the Referral's information will be collected, stored, and used by The Maez Group solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway, managing referrals, and providing promotional communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
